Hi all,
Just wanted to know if any of you have experienced a similar issue. When trying to add a second payment method, such as a credit or debit card, there are some menus that come up. They look like check boxes, but when you hit space, nothing happens. Has anyone else experienced this?
Nathan.
I can't seem to enter the expiration date. But, an idea just occurred to me. I'm going to the amazon.com/access site to see if that resolves the issue. Sorry for posting.
Amazon isn't marked, so you have to use some thought from time to time to do things. It is accessible though.
I've been able to add and change payment methods. It's easier to do from the Amazon accessibility site, but it can be done from the regular one too. It's just really, annoyingly, cluttered.
And easiest of all to do from the iOS app, especially iPhone instead of iPad. Too bad they've gone to more of a web interface for their app, but then again, the rotor is your friend. Form controls and buttons.
Has anyone had trouble finding the stars to use when writing reviews? All my jaws will say is "blank" so I can't write reviews any more. Booo as I love to write reviews.
You keep going down. You'll find video review and it will say "Looking for the old review page?" You click and get to saying. Lol
You are right, I can't work that new review page completely either. I can do everything but rate the product, and that is why I'm reviewing, plus it won't take it if it isn't finished.
Uploading a video? Looking for the old review page? Click
That is right under where is talks about the guidelines after you click on create your own review, and you are on that page to write it.
You'll understand.
does the amazon access page lists all products?
isn't it something like amazon.com/access? I haven't really used it.
I never use it, but it should..
Just go to regular Amazon, and on that page you'll see a message about another page being better for screen readers and such.
If you like it, put it on your favorites so it is easy to get to.
Hi all.
I used Amazon.com/access to resolve my payment issue of not being able to enter my card's expiration date. Issue is resolved. I hope they don't get rid of the old review page anytime soon, because I like writing reviews.
Thanks for the heads up on that, Wayne. Dang but you're full of useful info!
You can use the access page to leave reviews, too.
